These deliverables comprise key information about client s performance, competitor s analysis, new launch performance, promotional analysis, pricing study, etc. which gives a big competitive advantage to our clients, in taking critical business decisions. ResponsibilitiesEnsure that the report complies with the client-defined standards on data quality & aesthetics. Ensure that deliverable is submitted well on time as per client s SLA. Handle client queries, complaints, issues, and questions. Aim for improved quality, efficiency, and high speed.
