Job DescriptionAssistant Vice President, Service delivery lead (P2P & R2R) In this role, you will be responsible to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement Active user of the Internet and online applications. Responsibilities Experience in managing service delivery for P2P and R2R domains. Ensure that all SLA/KPIs are met per contract terms Drive digital for automation in the process Drive productivity targets Ensure governance with the client and get client satisfaction scores Drive new transitions and ensure end to end activities Ensure timely and appropriate hiring for new transitions.
