Come, be a part of our exciting journey Are you the one we are looking for Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager – Learning and development Responsibilities Support the execution of the L&D strategy at region/site/account level Support region/site/account initiatives to meet our yearly targets Support/own the integration process for new accounts by delivering training sessions, based on needs Support data-driven decisions by creating needed reports as per the need Manage Helpmate L&D tickets and provide answers to employee s queries Support regional/global learning programs, reskilling & upskilling initiatives and projects based on needs Deliver/facilitate learning sessions Act as regional POC for learning initiatives, programs Offer specialized support for business including being a learning partner/consultant for employees and/or leaders May participate in other initiatives or projects, as per his/her skills and abilities, upon manager s request Successfully graduating the training plan attached to the position and the tasks Training other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever necessary and requested by the manager May participate in other initiatives or projects, as per his/her skills and abilities, upon manager s request Qualifications we seek in you Minimum qualifications/skills University graduate (relevant studies) Previous relevant experience Preferred Qualifications/Skills Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team Good presentation skills in English and virtual environment as well Organized personality with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different projects Good communication and influencing skills, both with Customer, Ops managers and Associates Result orientation, with problem solving capabilities Ability to handle multiple tasks and drive closure Able to work and complete work independently Project management skills Able to cope with stress and multiple tasks with a deadline Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
