Full Job Description
Job Responsibilities
1. Launching new medical products in the market.
2. Promoting the products to potential Hospitals on behalf of the company.
3. Complying with the monthly, quarterly,
and annual targets and maintaining genuine records.
4. Showcasing or presenting products to medical professionals including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
5. Developing and maintaining positive customer connections to drive repeat purchases.
6. Conducting thorough research into the medications of competitors and their availability in the market.
7. Exhibiting in trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings as well as organizing them.
8. Creating proposals that demonstrate the worth company’s medical products to Hospitals.
9. Building valuable and fruitful relationships with doctors through online and offline modes as well.
10. Following up on leads that the company has originated.
11. Keeping up with new advancements in the medical profession in order to assess their impact on the company’s business strategies.
12. Negotiating contracts with potential clients including contract conditions and post-contract formalities.
13. Implementing effective plans and strategies in collaboration with the buying,
sales, operations, and strategy departments.
14. Analyzing market trends and conditions to see where networking and business expansion opportunities may occur.
Required skills and qualifications
1. Two or more years of sales experience within a similar industry
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
3. Proficiency with sales management.
4. Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
5. Valid Driving License
6. A Bachelor’s degree or higher
7. Knowledge of MS Office
8. Experience as a medical representative or similar role
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹480,000.00 per year
