– Position Overview
– A process coordinator is responsible for compliance of all work processes within the stipulated timelines. The role requires aggressive follow ups on tasks assigned to the team members. They need to ensure that all steps are completed and maintain a report of the same for the management. The role requires you to have decent communication skills and basic excel knowledge.
– Key Accountability
– · Maintain records of all assigned tasks in a particular business process.
– · Ensure timely compliance of all the delegated tasks.
– · Strong follow-ups with the employees and management to ensure timely delivery and reporting.
– · Supporting other teams with various administrative tasks
– · Escalate and get challenges / problems resolved in a timely manner.
– Key Requirements
– · Decent communication skills
– · Should stay nearby office (not more than 45 min)
– · Good Knowledge of excel, word, ppt, google sheets
– · Soft spoken, Excellent follow up skills
– · Ability to get work done
– · Diligent and process oriented
– Educational Qualification
– · Bachelor’s degree.
