Job Description:
Customer Success role involves managing a portfolio of accounts assign to the success manager. You will be responsible for end to end Customer success story starting from:
Onboarding the account to G7 CR programs
Account planning
Relationship management
Upsell technology solutions & services
The role will require travelling to Customer site as needed for Technology roadmap planning activities & program managing the ongoing projects.

Role: Salary : Starting at INR 4.2 Lacs + 15% Annual performance bonus and no upper limit for suitable candidate.
