Full Job Description
We are looking for a Experienced Female in Front Office role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
. Minimum 1-2 yrs of experienced females will be given preference.
· Help in creating the first positive impression of the organization with a professional and hospitable welcome.
· Ensure reception is clean and tidy with all amenities properly stacked.
· Handling incoming and outgoing couriers and posts.
· Act as a helpdesk coordinator by resolving or redirecting queries.
· Attending the phone calls and transferring to different departments.
· Supervising the Pantry, Housekeeping team & Peon.
· Ensuring IT/ CCTV maintenance timely.
· Organise cultural events and celebrations in coordination with HR Department.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Experienced females are preferred with good communication skills .
· You should be good with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
· A refined interpersonal skill in a culturally diverse team is essential.
· Highly motivated with the ability to organize and work independently.
