Full Job Description
We are looking for an Associate Brand Strategist (3+ years of experience) who is a creative lateral thinker with a keen eye and love for visual culture. You are someone who is open for teamwork, open to unlearn and relearn at every turn and not afraid to experiment with meanings, perspectives and behaviours visually.
Responsibilities:
– Create compelling and effective visuals that communicate the client’s brand vision and values.
– Build strong relationships with clients to gather requirements and creatively conceptualise, design, make compositions and layouts, illustrate for diverse online and offline channels.
– Conceptualise,
prepare and convey stories through unique graphics and typography that are aligned with the client’s brand.
– Implement concepts, brands, guidelines, and strategies for all brand communications, experiences, and campaigns to ensure brand consistency across touch points.
– Contribute to various large-scale digital projects, including websites, branding, content, and more, while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
– Build presentations, craft documentation, and deliver asset kits to developers and other team members to ensure successful project completion.
– Be a leader by putting the client and team before yourself, working collaboratively to achieve project objectives, and maintaining a positive and constructive work environment.
– Maintain awareness of current industry, design and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends to inform design decisions and provide valuable insights to the team.
Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience in brand design or a similar role.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
– Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills to develop unique and effective brand designs.
– Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Prior experience and knowledge with creating motion graphics is required and 3D design is a bonus and will be given priority.
– Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work that meets project objectives.
– Knowledge of current design trends, social media, and technology standards.
Softwares:
Proficient in industry-standard design software, including
– Figma
– Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects.
– 3D softwares such as Blender and/or Cinema 4D is a bonus.
