Vacancy description
Ensure FHSE is top priority and compliance to FHSE is part of all operations.
To implement, coordinate and monitor services plan, for in time delivery of required quantity of quality milk to Plant and safe operations at all levels.
To propose supplier-wise prices to Area Milk Collection Manager .
To identify MCC locations and negotiate appropriate rent.
To co-ordinate with public and private sectors and institutes engaged in Livestock development and support them.
Responsible for proper application of all tests at different levels to check the quality of milk as per plant milk acceptance criteria.
Responsible for timely milk payments to suppliers as per company payment system in order to portray a good image of FCEPL and build long term relationships with them.
To explore and develop new milk sources as planned by MPAS for continue expansion in milk shed areas.
To coordinate training programs for area staff.
Responsible for proper handling and operation of all equipments, to ensure safe operation at all levels.
To supervise activities of field staff.(Milk Collection Service Provider).
Responsible for timely availability of all consumable materials for efficient working and employees’ safety in area.
To monitor proper installation, commissioning, maintenance and handling of equipment, to ensure security of all company assets.
Responsible for proper documentation and record keeping.
To assist Area Milk Collection Manager in conducting surveys for finding out new milk pockets for FCEPL.
To assist Logistics Manager in developing transport route plan.
To perform any other job related tasks assigned by Area Milk Collection Manager.
