Freedom Tree Design Looking for Retail Sales Associate at Calangute, Goa Full Time

Freedom Tree is a fast growing home decor and furniture brand. We believe in colorful and bold print design to create happy and designer homes. Over the last 12 years, Freedom Tree has grown from a small studio shop in Mumbai, to a pan-India retail brand with 5 stores and an online presence.

We are opening our 5th anchor store in Hyderabad this year, and looking for a team of retail leaders and associates to staff up our latest outpost!

Roles and Responsibilities

– Supporting overall store operations, handling customers, merchandise

– Thorough product and service knowledge to guide customers to make sale

– Achieve sale targets, with regular monthly growth

– Setting store displays, visual merchandising, and highlighting new arrivals and slow movers

– Analysis and reporting to ensure better sell-thru and product feedback to head office

– Documenting and following all accounting, merchandising, and operating processes

– Ensuring timely customer delivery, support, and servicing

Desired Candidate Profile

– Experience in retail and sales environment for at least 3 years

– Experience with luxury, premium customer, or boutique brand

– Ideally experienced in home decor, furnishing, or furniture category

– Experience managing team and staff

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
