And customers globallyEven though we are based in chennai, there will be travel to our customer place whenever is requiredOur stakeholders are process control / product control commissioning, engineering, digital smart products (iiot) colleagues, culturally diverse atmosphereYour responsibilities

Timely response to customer issues (tickets / incidents) with proper resolution within sla.
Remote monitoring and remote troubleshooting in ot systems for security services.
Onboarding of sites to mcafee epo server and assigning policy.
Compliance check regularly and rectify quickly any non-compliance found.
Mcafee application control or whitelisting implementation and maintenance
Schedule for manual updates systems and update them regularly
Preparation of monthly reports in mcafee epo reporting tools, creating custom dashboards using queries or using powerbi.
Sonicwall & cisco firewall configuration like access rules, nat, routing etc.
Available for round the clock support with fullest customer satisfaction
Willing to travel to customer locations for initial implementation tasks

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree or similar in related field.
Training or certifications in security, networking related courses is a plus.
4 to 6 years of relevant experience in monitoring and technical support for industrial automation control system or equivalent.
Self-motivated team player with great collaborative and innovative skills
Working knowledge in mcafee epo antivirus ens, must have handled implementation and maintenance minimum 2 – 3 sites.
Known in mcafee application control concepts
Capable to do root cause analysis with windows events to resolve system and application related issue
Firewall configurations creating multiple segments and allowing access to necessary security services
Added advantage but not must, knowledge in azure resources monitoring, defender security, defender security for iot
Willingness to learn new products within short span of time.
Good written and verbal communication skills
