Plan, drive and support the implementation of all training business-critical programs by creating, leading, coordinating and conducting engaging workshops for store associates.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments/Skill demos/observations/feedback and drive corrective measures.
Collaboratively work with the store teams and training department in identifying the training needs and thus create a comprehensive training calendar.
Collect feedback from all involved stakeholders and make necessary modifications to the training program to better achieve the desired outcome as per business directives.
Continuously track business matrix and suggest ways to improve business performance.
Create a professional, high-performance culture by upskilling, coaching and supporting store associates and promoters.
Consistently analyse and evaluate the training programs and implement changes where appropriate to ensure engagement and understanding of the topic by the recipient.
Create and maintain all necessary reports for analytical purposes to further evaluate the effectiveness of the programs and close all or any gaps in the learning process.
Equip supervisors and management staff with people development skills to enhance the productivity of their team and overall business performance.
Track, Maintain and Publish reports on a fixed interval highlighting the training performance, outcomes and scope of improvement to further improve the learning process and aid in overall business development.
Manage multiple business stakeholders and relay timely necessary information to keep all of them updated and aligned with the business objectives.
