About the role
The incumbent would be stationed out of Bangalore & will be managing the Digital locks and Risk preventative methods, Vendor Day to day Service Management and will be a part of an 18+ member operations team and key stakeholders ensuring that the management expectations are met and the operations run smoothly without ambiguity.
What you’ll do:
Tracking the Line Haul Vehicle Digital locks status.
Initiate action if there is any alert generated from the device.
Following up with MH and BRM concern about the alert and its follow-up till closure.
Reconciling of the shipments with the coordination of the MH & BRM Team.
Should have an understanding of supply chain insurance and shrinkage.
Compiles and prepares reports relating to transportation.
Weekly and Monthly connect with relevant shake holders for the shipment reconciling.
