Job description summary
Candidate should possess 5-8 years of solid experience in business analysis, product managementPrimarily responsible for requirement gathering from stakeholders to analyse information needs and functional requirements and deliver the artifacts as per project needsUnderstanding of us financial and payments industry is preferred.

What you will be doing
Our responsibilities include payments products and services developmentOur team work on studying and identifying customers’ product needs in different geographies, creating and maintaining products and services roadmaps, maintain product backlogs, analysis of new features, writing user-stories, defining acceptance criteria, development of new features with engineering teams, demonstration of features to business and other stakeholders, release and rollouts of features to offer enhanced services to customers.
Post-graduate in computer science, engineering or similar field
Broad understanding of payments processing
Knowledge of payment ecosystems would be plus
Previous working experience as a product owner or sales, support executive
In-depth knowledge of agile process and principles
Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Creative thinker with a vision

Sound payment industry technical and product knowledge

What you bring:
Support scrum teams as the product owner
Break down features into epic stories
Breakdown epics into user stories in collaboration with scrum teams
Create user stories and acceptance criteria for features, using agreed standards (definition of ready)
Ensure stories are sliced in a way that delivers benefit to the business early on in development
Attend sprint demos and accept stories as done if definition of done is met
Providing vision and direction to the agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared stories to work on
Plan and prioritize product features / story backlog and development for the product
Contribute on product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
Work closely with product management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or roi
Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals
Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
Follow our competitors and the industry
Keep abreast with agile/scrum best practices and new trends
