Job Description

1. Conducting Board Meetings, General Meetings, Shareholders’ meeting & Committee meetings, and providing executive Presence and guidance.
2. Regular communication with various company stakeholders, Board of Directors, and shareholders.
3. Managing Corporate Secretarial matters of the Company and its subsidiary.
4. Handling compliance of Transaction Documents like Shareholders Agreements, Share Subscription Agreement, etc
5. Managing ESOPs related matters of the Company.
6. Legal advice relating to secretarial matters of the company.
7. Excellent legal and business judgment.
8. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
9. Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and coordinate complex issues and projects with diverse levels of management and employees.

Required Candidate profile

1. The incumbent with 10-12 years of post-qualification experience needs to apply.
2. Must have experience of team handling.
