Broad Function: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT – Infra & System Support Manager to oversee end-to-end IT maintenance activities across PAN India locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the IT infrastructure, providing technical support, ensuring smooth operations, and coordinating with various teams to maintain the integrity of the company’s IT systems. The role requires frequent travel between Noida, Manesar, and other company locations across India
Roles and Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure Management: Manage the overall IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers, to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Plan, implement, and supervise upgrades, patches, and installations to maintain system efficiency.
Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to resolve IT-related issues faced by employees across different locations. Collaborate with the IT helpdesk team to address and resolve user concerns and incidents.
Maintenance and Monitoring: Regularly monitor system performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively take corrective actions to prevent disruptions. Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as system backups, data recovery, and security updates.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure the availability of necessary resources and support for IT maintenance. Manage vendor contracts, negotiate terms, and assess vendor performance.
IT Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard company data and IT assets against cyber threats. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to IT security and data protection.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT support professionals to ensure a high level of technical expertise and customer service. Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide regular feedback to team members.
Project Management: Oversee IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage project timelines to ensure successful delivery.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and maintenance activities. Generate regular reports on system performance, incident resolution, and maintenance activities for management review.
