Manage and maintain our Salesforce CRM system, ensuring data integrity and security. Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business needs.- Feature Implementation: Identify opportunities to enhance Salesforce functionalities by implementing new features and applications. Collaborate with stakeholders, perform testing, and ensure new features meet business requirements.- API Integration: Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other business applications. Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization, and troubleshoot integration issues.- Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to support sales and marketing efforts. Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.- Coordination with Freelancers and Agencies: Work closely with freelance Salesforce developers and external agencies to manage projects and ensure timely delivery. Communicate requirements, provide feedback, and coordinate project timelines and budgets.- Training:
