Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and ethical Compliance Manager to oversee customer engagement right after the policy is sold.

The successful candidate will be responsible for making welcome calls to customers, clarifying policy benefits, and addressing any questions related to the policy. The Compliance Manager must ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any mis-selling issues in the most ethical way possible.

Responsibilities:

· Make welcome calls to customers after the policy is sold.

· Clarify policy benefits and address any questions related to the policy.

· Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any mis-selling issues in the most ethical way possible.

· Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.

· Collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

· Keep up to date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

· Provide regular reports to management on customer engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or a related field

· Minimum of 1 years of experience in compliance management, preferably in the insurance industry

· Knowledge of insurance products and policies

· Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
