Full job description
Our regional practice marketing manager will bring the leadership necessary to take epic to the next level of growthYou understand the motivation behind what drives our various audiences in order to elevate content delivery, optimize channel selection, and improve results.
By working with regional and local sales leaders, and your direct manager, you`ll develop programs to improve sales solution awareness and drive revenueYou`ll help local producers achieve their personal sales goals efficiently and effectively, primarily by leveraging existing collateralYou proactively recommend ideas that drive sales engagement for increased new business and relationship deepening.
If something is an approved idea for one producer or one office, you actively share it across your regionIf something is a good idea for your region, you`ll proactively share it with your regional marketing peers for maximum efficiency.
You collaborate closely with regional and local sales leaders to understand their needs, goals, and business complexitiesYou enjoy translating these broad growth opportunities into specific marketing activitiesYour peers develop national campaigns, and you ensure adoption throughout your regionIf there is a local or regional event, you`ll help teams find the materials they need to make it a success.
You have a clear vision regarding key performance indicators and measurementYou enjoy identifying emerging trendsYou have a knack for coaching leaders and sales teams regarding new campaigns, marketing materials, and techniques.
You`ll become an integral part of a motivated marcom group and work collaboratively with design, creative, compliance, and other marcom team members to execute on your responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Quickly grasp big picture objectives of epic and execute on efforts that deliver successful results.
Act as liaison with regional and local sales leaders to target opportunities for marketing innovationResponsible for obtaining program approvals and support.
Build trusted, influential relationships with peers, sales leaders, producers, and account teams.
Provide consultative lens to pivot reactionary requests into thoughtful channel execution.
Collaborate with marcom team members to launch efforts across internal and external channels.
Identify key performance indicators for campaigns, population targeting, and optimizationWork with internal data teams to analyze program results and measure sales revenue generation.
Ensure project and campaign deliverables are channel appropriate and the creative is clear, concise, and actionable.
Coach regional leaders and sales teams regarding upcoming campaigns and collateral across print, digital, social media, and in-person marketingEnsure utilization and engagement.
Create and apply best practices across regions and industries.
Adhere to departmental policies and priorities, measures performance, and assists with the execution of strategic plans.
Become a brand ambassador and lead by example with innovative problem-solving and collaborationAdvocate change while keeping company goals and brand standards omnipresent.
Requirements
Ba degree in communications, marketing, or relevant fieldMba preferred.
6+ years` experience in marketing, communications, or sales.
Experienced with b2b industryInsurance background preferred.
Thinks independently, strategically, and can provide meaningful recommendations.
Possesses strong knowledge of marketing concepts, best practices, and content standards across social networks, email marketing web & digital, print, and advertising platforms.
Able to successfully manage multiple, complex projects simultaneouslyPerform sophisticated tasks leveraging a variety of channels.
Strong inclination for organization, process adherence, attention to detail, editorial guidelines, etc.
Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines in multiple areas
Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in microsoft office suite.
Operate with discretion and good judgement.
Accountable for technical accuracy, testing, and performance of their own work.
Some travel required.
