Job Description

• Co-ordination with Customer/Client for gathering/ providing necessary information for product transfer of new product.
• Review & approve of Change Control, temporary change control, deviation, investigation, CAPA for introduction of New products, Source Change of raw and primary packing materials for technical evaluation and label changes and new market introduction
• Scheduling of batch manufacturing, filling and packing of Technology Transfer Projects along with plant planners.
• Co-ordination with Manufacturing, Production, Quality Control and Quality Assurance for completion & availability of necessary documents for product transfer.
• Generating, Review & approve request for SAP codes for materials pertaining to raw material and packing material new products, artwork changes and source changes.
• Processing of SAP operations for creation of Bill of material and Master Recipe for new product, new code QM formalities, Code modification and other related activities
• Successful execution and monitoring of process optimization batch, Pre-exhibit, Exhibit, Process Assessment and Process Validation batches of new products and source change projects.
• Review of documents like MFC, BMR, BPR, PVP/R, Hold Time Protocols / Reports, defining CPPs & CQAs, batch sampling strategies and customer documents
• Review of Risk assessment Gap assessment for the technology transfer projects, and ensuring complete technical evaluation before project execution.
• Co-ordination with Packaging Development, Purchase, Stores, Quality Control and Quality Assurance for material inventory for new products.
• Co-ordination with Manufacturing, Production and Engineering for new machine procurement, checking availability of necessary machine change parts for new projects.
• Co-ordination with Production, Stores, Quality Control, Engineering and Quality Assurance for conducting necessary trials for new products.
• Ensure appropriate storage of trial materials, product samples and documents of new projects.
• Aligning documents / samples of new products for regulatory submissions with coordination with CFTs.
