Job Duties:
ESVRM is looking for a highly-skilled Marketing Assistant. Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Assistant will play an integral role in the marketing efforts across the organization. Strong SEO, marketing, graphic design, organizational, and communication skills are a must. Property management industry experience is a plus! Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine optimization
• Perform ongoing keyword monitoring, research and discovery, expansion and optimization
• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations on company websites
• Research and analyze competitor content and links with backlinking assistant
• Outreach to websites with high TF/CF metrics to ask how we could place a link on their site
• Draft and post SEO-optimized monthly blog posts
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
• Post regularly to company GMBs with geo-tagged images
• Place orders for marketing materials, signage, swag, and more
• Design new marketing collateral, including postcards, mailers, flyers, signage, cards, etc.
• Design website, blog, and other graphics
• Design and send email campaigns
• Assist with social media posting, as needed
• Collaborate with other company employees to gather necessary information for various marketing projects
• Assist with website updates and digital concierge updates

The ideal candidate possesses the following:

• Excellent analysis and research skills
• Excellent task management skills and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
• Excellent ability to execute tasks and carry projects through to completion independently without the need for reminders or ongoing supervision
• Very strong oral and written communication skills (English)
• Must be team player who is highly-motivated and solutions-driven
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, and Photoshop/Illustrator and ability to learn new programs quickly

• Proficiency in keyword monitoring, Wordpress, and email marketing tools
• 3+ years of graphic design experience
• 3+ years of SEO/SEM experience

• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to follow verbal directions

• College degree required
• Ability to work during US business hours

Other Details:
This is a full-time, contract employee position.

Annual salary ₱300,000 – ₱450,000, dependent upon experience
