Job Description
As a Salesforce Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping organizations leverage Salesforce to optimize their customer relationship management (CRM) processes and achieve their business objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and design customized Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency, productivity, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Consultation: Engage with clients to gather business requirements, understand their CRM needs, and provide expert advice on how Salesforce can address their challenges.
2. Solution Design: Develop tailored Salesforce solutions, including customization of standard Salesforce features,
creation of custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation processes.
3. Implementation: Oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring successful configuration, data migration, and system integration while adhering to best practices.
4. User Training: Conduct user training sessions to empower clients teams to effectively utilize Salesforce, maximize its capabilities, and improve adoption rates.
5. Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous testing to validate that Salesforce solutions meet client requirements and are free from errors or bugs.
6. Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including solution design specifications, user guides, and training materials, to facilitate ongoing system management and maintenance.
7. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Salesforce updates and industry best practices, and proactively suggest enhancements and optimizations to existing systems.
8. Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues,
and ensuring the long-term success of their Salesforce implementation.
Qualifications:
– Minimum Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
– Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant is preferred.
– Proven experience in Salesforce consulting, with a strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices.
– Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
– Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
– Strong project management skills to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
– A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

Requirements
Client facing experience; ideally from a consulting background Experience in one or more LMS or HR technology solutions for example SAP HCM/Successfactors, Cornerstone OnDemand, Taleo Learn etc.; excellent communications; Masters Degree; Fluent French or Dutch AND English.
