Role: BDM (US Geography Staffing Sales)

Job Brief
We are looking for a talented and qualified candidate to join our team as a BDM (US Geography Staffing Sales). The incumbent will assume the responsibility of acquiring clientele from US geography. These clients will entrust the firm with their recruitment-related requirements, thereby seeking outsourcing solutions.
Responsibilities
– A good network of clients and knowledge of the new business development process for acquiring staffing services clients.
– Good knowledge of lead generation techniques and processes to reach out to key decision-makers using various social media platforms
– Researching and analyzing market trends,
identifying potential customers, and developing sales plans to maximize revenue.
– Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs.
– Develop and maintain a network of contacts.
– Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and their requirements.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university.
– 1–3+ years of International Client acquisition (recruitment / staffing-related requirements) experience is required in US geography.
– Need to work as per EST.
– Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
– Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
– Experience in working with Google and Microsoft Office suites.
– Ebullient, a team player, self-motivated, and immensely passionate.
– Possesses relationship-building skills as well as fantastic decision-making abilities.
