What the technology quality team does….
The technology quality team is responsible for automating functional, performance and regression testing of firm critical applicationsThese systems are custom built, and vendor supported applications, used daily by our home office associates, 12,000 branch teams and clients to help clients achieve their financial goalsWe are seeking an exceptionally talented person to innovate and collaborate with our team to generate creative solutions and new ideas that will change the way we test these applicationsThis opportunity affords a high degree of visibility within the firm and the opportunity to make a significant impact that will benefit our branches and clientsCandidates who wish to make a difference and be part of our dynamic organization should apply.
What you`ll do….
You’ll lead one of our teams of quality assurance professionals who serve on delivery teams in one of the firm’s many portfolios of digital productsYou`ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of extraordinary experiences to the firm’s clients, branch teams, and associatesSuccessful candidates will be able to:

Lead – align team activities, strategies, responsibilities and objectives with the firm`s strategic directionCo-create and execute on strategy and objectives with the team and leadersDevelop and execute on-going improvements for processes related to the team (e.gResource management, succession planning)Provide leadership, development and mentoring to associates on the team
Plan – assist with defining, measuring and meeting business requirements, and providing program or system level resource estimates
Develop – provide functional testing capabilities, performance test apis and provide infrastructure support to the automation testing process.
Mentor – provide guidance, training and mentorship on technical systems design, development of best practices, and technology processes and tools
Learn – manage and develop self while internalizing leadership feedback
Communicate – establish and maintain effective communication and relationships across teams, departments, divisions and vendors

What you`ll need…

Previous leadership experience is required
Enterprise understanding in test planning, test data management, automated & manual test execution, ci/cd pipelines, source control and test management tools to support complex data and cloud landscape
3-5 years of experience with etl data processing, warehousing, pipelines, quality and analytics
Experience with snowflake, matillion, and informatica highly preferred
Background with oracle, teradata, sql server, etl tools and data warehouse architectures preferred
Experience in azure and/or aws ecosystems preferred
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, enterprise systems, and asynchronous architectures preferred
Bachelor`s degree in computer science, computer information systems, etcPreferred or equivalent experience in information systems
Knowledge of financial services industry preferred
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
