Dunzo Looking for Voice of Customer at Remote Full Time

Not that long ago, we were on WhatsApp with a handful of customers, many of whom were friends and family, getting you anything you needed – groceries, food, even sending packages to anywhere in Bangalore. Today, we’re an app covering Bangalore, Pune, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Delhi and Chennai. Dunzo is a technology company that makes local deliveries fast and easy – whether it’s that quick run from your local store, or getting you that book that is available only in one store far away from you or even organizing your entire weekend party!

What you’ll do:
Reach out to our Users, Partners and Merchants to understand their experiences and expectations:

This would include participant recruitment and interview scheduling, conducting short interviews and surveys through voice calls and getting feedback from time to time

Support the research and insights team with logging customer interview data and organizing it for analysis

Help with post research work including coordinating on user incentive payouts

The role is 5-days working from 10am-7pm. Weekly offs would be on any two days of the week

What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree

Want to build career in Research Domain.

Fluency in English and Hindi is a must.

Must speak at least one of these languages – Kannada, Tamil or Telugu.

Hands on experience on MS Excel.

Extra-Awesome:

Experience working with customers from different regions in India and having a good understanding of cultural differences

You communicate clearly and are good at explaining anything to anyone over the phone.
