Preferable candidates residing in Siliguri

Roles and Responsibilities:

– Ability to take responsibility and lead the team with excellent leadership skills

– Counseling the students either in online mode or offline mode, regarding courses and their benefits.

– Influencing them to enroll and guide them to the right-center in their respective city.

– Handling calls and solving queries of the prospective students

– Follow up with any situations that may require additional information

Requirements :

– 1-4 years of experience in BPO, tele calling, counsellor field

– Should be smart presentable and we’ll oriented

– Effective communication skill and time management skill

– Should be fluent in English, Bengali & Nepali
