OVERVIEW:
We are looking for people with experience buying and optimizing digital ads across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, or native ads. You would be responsible for setting up e-commerce campaigns and you will work closely with marketing to develop targeted audience segments, craft compelling ad copy and creative, and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Develop and execute media buying strategies across Google, Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram),
and TikTok to drive business growth and performance
– Analyze and optimize campaigns on a daily basis to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI)
– Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to identify the most effective ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies
– Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad content that drives engagement and conversion
– Monitor industry trends and emerging opportunities to identify new channels, audiences, and tactics to test
– Manage relationships with media vendors and negotiate pricing and contracts to optimize campaign performance
– Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders on campaign performance and optimization recommendations
– Work closely with cross-functional teams to align media buying efforts with broader marketing strategies and goals
– Stay up-to-date with changes and updates to platform algorithms and advertising policies, and adjust strategies accordingly
REQUIRED SKILLS:
– Proven experience in media buying across Google,
Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), and TikTok, with a deep understanding of each platform’s capabilities, best practices, and limitations
– Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
– Expertise in campaign optimization and A/B testing
– Knowledge of ad targeting options and bidding strategies on each platform
– Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
– Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
– Experience with negotiation and vendor management
– Familiarity with ad creative development and collaboration with creative teams
– Understanding of broader marketing strategies and how media buying fits into the overall picture
