What you need to qualify: a bachelor`s degree in business or public administration, behavioral or social science, or a degree related to human services and four years’ experience coordinating or administering a program.

Any combination of experience or education equivalent to seven years of experience related to the duties of this positionEssential attributes: we are looking for candidates with the following qualities:

Please be sure to clearly describe how you meet these attributes within your application materialsThese attributes will be used to determine which candidates will be selected to move forward in the processYour duties at a glance: the odhs self-sufficiency program oversees food benefits (snap), cash for families (tanf), child care assistance, refugee services and domestic violence servicesAs a tax infrastructure analyst, you will:
Lead the development and implementation of the tax filing infrastructure program and other investments to build a more effective and equitable tax-filling assistance program in oregon.
Develop program goals, rules, and processes surrounding tax filing infrastructure grants.
Negotiate and award grants.
Lead outreach efforts to underserved communities and tribal nations to share information about grant applications and awards.
Develop programs and policies in collaboration with community partners, grantees, advocates, field staff, and other state agencies.
Monitor program performance, evaluate findings, and prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations for executive staff.
Provide coaching, technical assistance, and training to contracted, field, and grantee staff to make sure legislative requirements are met.
Monitor expenditures to ensure that spending is appropriate and within budget limits.
