Full Job Description
As the front of office and often first point of contact for external visitors, your responsibilities will include: * Greeting all visitors. appointment booking, taking regular feedbacks and follow-ups. * Customer Relationship Management. Customer record maintenance. * Attendance maintenance of interns, employees, doctors, clerical staff and others. * Management of meetings with customers, visitors, staff and applicants (either online or offline). * Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
* Possibly managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment and furniture. * Maintaining office services as required (such as cleaners and maintenance companies). * Receiving and dispatching deliveries. Assisting with mails as required. * Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis. * Assisting the H.R. team with recruitment, on-boarding and termination processes * Cold calling and generating leads. Possibly handling event coordination, both internally and externally. * Providing all the information and records to the company on monthly basis in physical format. * To meet the desired monthly targets and goals as directed by your supervisor. * Schedule regular meetings (online or physical) to keep a check on employees’ progress on a daily basis
