Work on W2, C2C,1099, and Direct Client requirements.
Be the first point of contact for the consultant and maintain monthly contact with the consultant.
Proactively seek out prospective candidates and grow the company’s database
Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills & Writing skills.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills; self-starter with high standards in any given task
Experience in using online tools (Indeed, Monster, Careerbuilder, etc.) and social networking websites like LinkedIn, and Facebook for searching candidates.
Must have 6-12 months of experience working in US Staffing as a Recruiter either healthcare or IT or Non-IT roles dealing with W2 candidates
Dynamic and result-oriented individual.
Dedicated and coordinate with the team toward assignments, learning savvy & innovative skills.
