The its operations function is accountable for the delivery of all internal technology infrastructure – including email, skype, file services as well as platforms underpinning sap, enterprise (it) security servicesIt also provides technology that supports the service lines in delivering client facing or client engagements as part of its client it services
Work you’ll do
Gdas: rpa specialist is responsible for setup and delivery of rpa solutions for internal clientsRpa specialist is also responsible for building and setting up rpa capability within tools delivery center.
Key responsibilities include:
Analyze internal processes, identify automation opportunities, define rpa value proposition, reengineer process to improve automation potential and recommend rpa approach/strategy
Work with business and technology teams and assess automation solution feasibility
Develop detail as-is process description – pdd (process description document), detail to be automated process description – sdd (solution design document)
Conduct rpa high level assessments
Identifying wide variety of technology problems and solutions; use that to drive adoption of best practices
Identify business opportunities to increase usability and profitability of information architecture.
Experience with program leadership, governance and change enablement
Implement large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud-based platforms
Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions
Drive operational efficiency by maintaining their data ecosystems, sourcing analytics expertise and providing as-a-service offerings for continuous insights and improvements

Work shift timings: 11 am to 8 pm
Qualifications
Education: bachelor`s degree in computer science and relevant certifications
Technical skill set:
3+ years of relevant rpa consulting or industry experience
At least 3 years of experience in setting up robotic process automations (rpa) using ui path, automation anywhere
Minimum 3 years of process design and process improvement experience
Minimum 7+ years of experience in programming (c# .net)
Demonstrated expertise with at least 3 full life cycle analytics or systems integration engagements across strategy, design and implementation.
2+ years’ experience leading and managing project teams
Advanced certification in ui path
Business skill set:
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
Deep skills in the areas of business processes modelling and technical solutions (rpa solutions)
Ability to prepare and facilitate the process design sessions related to robotics process, validation rules and reports
Ability to architect process automations, process re-design and use cases including estimating and responding to rpa proposals
Should be an expert in performance tuning, exception handling, notification frameworks in an rpa tool
Should be an expert in integration of rpa tools with external applications
Thorough understanding of various business/functional processes
Proficient with various industry standard project management methodologies (e.gSdlc, agile, and scrum).
Sdlc lifecycle experience leading development efforts within data warehouse environment with complex dataflow and data integration from multiple sources with different integration strategies.
Interpersonal skill set:
Ability to think analytically, solve problems and document solutions
Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner
Work on multiple tasks in parallel while maintaining high quality standards
Candidate must be process-oriented with sound judgment, demonstrate attention to detail
Demonstrate flexibility to perform and deliver in an ever-changing work environment
Candidate must be energetic, driven and committed to project success while working under tight time constraints and pressure.
Develop contingency plans where appropriate
Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change
