  • Regular Follow-up on Program and Projects
  • Shadow approach to the manager’s subordinate
  • Make sure all the MOM and Suggestions are being recorded and followed for regular audit, Improvements, budgeting, and IT plan.
  • Maintain IT Integrity, availability, and accessibility at any point in time.
  • Arranging and maintaining the technical tasks/projects for IT Success.
  • Maintaining the win-win culture in the IT team.
  • Planning and Followups of POC of new technology, and Implementation as per requirement
  • Coordination with different IT leaders to make sure given tasks and projects are being handled on time.
Excellent communication skills.
Good knowledge of Email and related communication
Knowledge of Prince2 is an addon
Knowledge of basic IT things
Knowledge of general projects mgmt
Excellent skills in Excel, word, and ppt.
