Overall purpose of the job
Regional Sales Manager is responsible for a group of 4-5 Area Sales Managers with an overall team of 300-50 Sales executives in a particular Region and Management of DSA/Connectors. Regional Sales Manager need to over sees all of the functions of a CLAP at branches, such as hiring employees, Customer Acquisition, Portfolio Quality etc. Regional Sales Manager is responsible for CLAP P & L for all the branches assigned to him/her.

Ensure every branch has follow the sales process & maintain all registers
Ensure Branches achieve their AOP Targets
Ensure Manpower against Budgeted numbers
Adherence to audit & compliance guidelines.
Regular Branch and Customer Visits

Attrition Control & filling hiring gaps. Maintaining Team cohesiveness
Control on Portfolio Attrition
Ensure all corporate office initiatives are being implemented
