This is a full-remote position in the gabuzda lab with the option to come on-site.
Requirements
Bioinformatics scientists work closely with wet lab scientists to generate, analyze, and interpret large-scale datasets using various analytical and computational tools for data analysis and integration, network prediction, pathway analysis, and machine learningIdeal candidates will have a strong background in relevant areas of biology, medical science, statistics, bioinformatics, modeling, and writing manuscripts for publication.
Qualifications
M.d., ph.d., or m.sIn molecular biology, virology, immunology, medical science, biostatistics, computational biology, or bioinformaticsThe candidate should have experience with cell and molecular biology, clinical data, biostatistics, bioinformatics, and computational modeling and be fluent in english with excellent writing skillsExperience analyzing rnaseq, flow cytometry, proteomics, metabolomics, and extracellular vesicles/exosome data is desirable but not required.
