About the role

Criteo is in search of an organized and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to support our Commercial Sales team.

What You’ll Do

Creation of new clients/opportunities/contracts in our CRM database

Updating of CRM database

First point of support to our SEA resellers for troubleshooting purposes

Opening of support tickets with our technical team

Liaising closely between our technical team and resellers for communication of solutions to client integration challenges

Updating of support tickets and general liaising with resellers

Who You Are

Good organizational and planning skills with an ability to think proactively, anticipate and prioritize work
