PRINCIPLE PURPOSE OF JOBAVP is responsible to establish the ways of working and Culture, defining Technology Vision for India team, serving as enabler for the strategic initiatives for R&D;, interface with assigned business units and Enterprise Architecture Teams for the purpose of business/IT strategy planning, development, solution discovery, Cloud strategy, service management, risk management and relationship management. Should be able to drive technology conversations with stakeholders to identify quick to market solutions. Lead Cloud Computing Initiatives /Opportunities,
Supporting enterprise cloud migrations activities.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Will be responsible to derive and define Strategic initiatives for multiple LOBs in R&D;• Lead Cloud Computing Initiatives /Opportunities, Supporting enterprise cloud migrations activities.• Responsible to have effective interactions with product, Engineering, infrastructure teams.• Responsible to provide engineering expertise to Technical and Sr Technical delivery managers.• Motivate and inspire his/her organization as a leader and guide his/her teams to solve for complex technical problems in a timely fashion while maintaining a high bar for architectural integrity and code quality.• Work closely with the product leadership to align Technology roadmap with Product roadmap and delivery value to business in iterative fashion using SAFe Agile methodology.• Will be working closely with Enterprise Architecture teams and Architects across R&D; and ensure to derive and define Technology Roadmap for the teams under R&D;• Drive technology vision through management of technology and architecture roadmaps.• Evaluate new technologies, external products,
and designs for their applicability to specific project roadmap requirements including high availability and Application Resilience.• Continuously look for process improvement and optimization opportunities keeping the big picture in mind that can help reduce delivery time and operational cost for the organization.• Participate in requirement collection, architectural discussions and collaborate with peers, and team members to maintain consistency across the organization.• Will be working closely with the Delivery Leaders and ensure business solutions are being delivered on time with quality• Work closely with Delivery Leaders to develop KPIs,
and measure at regular intervals to ensure building high performance teams without compromise in quality.• Provides thoughtful leadership, organizational structure, ensuring staffing needs for immediate and Future needs of R&D; -PPM India team.• Establishes Best practices across the teams in R&D; by setting up Community of practices for different roles• Lay down the path and framework for encouraging and bring in innovation from the teams.• Plans work for subordinates, monitors performance, and conducts performance appraisals. Interviews and makes recommendations for additional staff. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.• Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring,

Spring Boot and Angular is a must.• Enterprise Experience in developing event driven microservice based architecture and container orchestration frameworks: Kubernetes, AWS EKS, Cloud solution AWS/OpenShift• Integration with various software product and applications• Experience in working in Agile DevSecOps Culture.• Knowledge of Jira is preferred.• Experience working in an agile environment• Communicating effectively in large groups and inspire teams.• Experience in leading Cloud migrations and Modernizing application stack.• Proven ability leading multiple teams to drive efficiency and engineering excellence.• Experience in providing engineering expertise to Technical and Sr Technical delivery managers.• Experience in Leading and inspiring teams to both strive for Technical and functional excellence to deliver business value aligning SAFe agile practices.SKILLS & COMPETENCIES• Extremely motivated, results oriented individual that is very self-directed and comfortable thinking and reacting quickly• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to influence at all levels in the organization• Strong organizational skills and adaptive capacity for rapidly changing priorities and workloads• Comfort in working with team members that are remote and located in the US, India or other geographies• Ability to work within a matrix organization• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks simultaneously
