Qlik and ETL Refresh activities, should be able to support Overnight or Weekend refreshes.
Solutioning/Resolving Production Support Tickets
Connecting with the User, to understand the issue and provide L1 level fix
Cascade the issue and describe the user concern to development team
Providing weekly report on the tickets handled, ADHOC activities assigned/worked, difficulties faced.
