The Role

Your Responsibilities Include

• Escalating technical issues to the relevant parties when needed and following up till the issues are closed.
• Ensuring all standards and procedures are followed and maintained.
• Answering queries and resolving issues relating to usage of standard applications and IT services.
• Providing monthly help desk reports.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum 1 years of experience in technical support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with cPanel/WHM and Plesk Control panels is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
