Civicplus provides saas products to help local governments positively engage with their community membersWe’re eleven products strong and growing.
A web content editor performs a variety of activities to setup all required website contentContent sources come from an existing website or via documents submitted by the customerThe content editor uses a learned skillset to organize and structure webpage content in the most optimal mannerThey develop website navigation for the home, department and board pages to ensure ease of use by website visitorsUpon completion of their activities, the ce performs a quality review to ensure the website deliverable is a highly polished easy to navigate municipal websiteA final accessibility check is performed to ensure a high level of ada and wcag compliance as possible, reporting any issues requiring remediation to appropriate staff.
Perform content development activities
Communicate with team members during the website development process to ensure the website is setup in the most optimal manner
Adapt to project requirement changes as they arise
Experience & skills we value:*
Ability to multi-task and work on several customer inquiries at a time
Strong organizational skills
Working knowledge of microsoft products including word and excel
