Continuous improvement to achieve zero breakdown, Zero abnormalities, Zero small stoppage and zero slow running of machines by driving Autonomous & Planned Maintenance pillar in Cipla sites

Accountabilities

I. Autonomous Maintenance Pillar Drive

II. Planned Maintenance Pillar Drive

III. Spare part Management

IV. Improvement Projects

V. Prepare and maintain Dashboard to track sustainability progress

Education Qualification

Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics

Relevant Work Experience

5-8 years of experience working in pharmaceutical API manufacturing environment handling similar role:

  • Knowledge of Machine maintenance, operation & working principle
  • Knowledge of Excel, ppt
  • Knowledge of zero breakdown concept
