Job Title:

Customer Care Executive

Work Details:

Permanent work from home.

6 days working (Monday to Saturday)

Timing is from 10:00 a.m. to 07:00 p.m.

Role Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries related to website.

Help customers for order placements.

Resolve customer queries relating to payment.

Help customers to resolve queries related to shipment or any other product delivery issues.

Qualification:

Minimum HSC passed.

CTC Range:

Between 1,56,000 p.a. to 2,40,000 p.a.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: ₹13,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
