Superintendence, supervision, and management of the f&b department of

The hotel.

· control and maintenance of flatware, glassware, cutlery, hollowware.

· general upkeep of the f&b department and all f&b outlets.

· manning of the f & b department.

· disciplinary control over staff.

· planning for food festivals, promotions or any other such activity held in the f&b department

· portion controlling and checking of food quality.

· maintaining and coordinating of all documentation related to the f&b department.

· liaising with the concerned departments in the hotel and coordinating with vendors or any such agency which may be connected or collaborated with the hotel.

· planning and budgetary controls of the f & b department.

· direct supervision of overall f&b outlets and total control over service and production quality.

· initiate technical training as per schedule every month.

· co – ordination with hr for continuous training for the department.
Remain present as and when required as per the need of the department

Job type: full-time

Salary: ₹360,000.00 – ₹420,000.00 per year
