Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy (CMIE) is looking for the suitable candidates from Assam. They will be recruited as Field Information Officer for managing the Household Survey operations in Assam.

Designation: Field Information Officer

Job Responsibilities:-The Field Information Officer (FIO) is responsible for managing execution of survey of Assam. Mainly we are doing the survey in the following places:- Guwahati, Jorhat, Silchar, Tezpur and surrounding villages of these areas.

He/ She will have to do the following things:-

1> Recruitment , training and guiding the survey team

2> Verify the quality of the data

3> Processing the data in our application and do the survey also as per requirement

They will get :-

1) Salary is at par with industry standards and is a factor of skill and experience.

2) PF and ESI facility.

Benefits:-

The candidate will get Mobile expenses as per the rules of the company.

In addition to this will the travelling fare, lodging and boarding expenses while visiting the survey places as per the rules applicable.

Experience :- 2-3 years experience in handling survey team is a must. Please note that the candidates who have experience in the household survey are requested to apply only.

Skills:- He / She must have Good Public Relation skill , Willingness to travel

Required Qualification:- Bachelor’s / Masters in any discipline. But the stream like Economics / Statistics / Social Work will be preferred.

Age:- 25-30 Years and not more than that.

Position is based at Guwahati only.
