Celonis SE Looking for Administrative Assistant at Remote Full Time

The Team:
In this role you are reporting to our VP and Celonis India Head based in Bangalore. The function works and collaborates with multiple People functions.

The Role:
Together with the international Team, you will be responsible for forming and maintaining employee records, while supporting the People Team with a variety of HR Topics for our International entities within a high growth environment.

The work you’ll do:
Heavy calendaring and email management including assessing priority for executives via Zoom

Coordinate and plan meetings, conference calls, and special events, including arrangement of logistics, meeting space, communications, and catering

Arrange and confirm local, domestic, and international travel for the executives

Facilitate clear communication and maintain credibility, trust and support between the assigned executives and internal staff, and with external clients and partners

Create, edit, and proofread business communications and documents utilizing MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Prepare/track expense reports

Create/track purchasing requests as required

Special projects on an as-needed basis

Support general organization activities such as organization chart updates

The qualifications you need:
A successfully completed university degree,

5 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in an international, rapidly growing and constantly changing environment

Experience working in a team environment handling virtual secretarial services is preferred

Able to interact with senior management

Extremely organized and enjoys administration

Able to work in a team arrangement

Demonstrated experience in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Fluency in English

Excellent people, communication and multitasking skills
