Responsibilities

Work with business analysts, ar team, project managers, and other support staff to ensure project needs are being met and continuous improvement opportunities are identified and implemented.
Provide: direction and training to administrative & ar staff; guidance and tools for direct reports to meet goals; conduct ongoing coaching, daily supervision, and annual reviews for direct reports.
Accountable for new job set up standardization and administrative support; including review of contract, billable items, and overall support.
Oversee and deliver accurate and timely customer invoicing for assigned programs and projects.
Oversee and monitor travel requests for internal employees.
Create, review, and maintain admin and ar documentation.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of monthly expense reports.
Attain weekly and monthly unbilled and aging kpi’s for assigned programs and projects.
Review and reconcile proper payment application.
Compile data, create, and distribute reports.
Ad hoc excel, pdf work, scanning, filing, shipping, and other miscellaneous office duties as assigned by ar or operations managers.

Qualifications are we looking for

Personable, excellence-driven, and goal-oriented candidates with 1-3 years’ work experience with ar, ap, accounting, or finance in conjunction with supervising/managing a successful team required.
A four-year degree in business administration, accounting, or equivalent field of study preferred.
Ability to handle sudden priority shifts and be able to switch tasks easily without gaps in productivity and with an understanding attitude.
Ability to communicate impeccably both written and verbally, prepare reports and plans.
Leadership with skills to positively influence others, collaborate with teammates, communicate on the level of others, listen and understand people in circumstances common in the workplace.
Advanced knowledge of ms office: excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas, etc.), word, outlook, teams, etc.; experience with access or other easy-code database, i.e., quickbase, a plus!
Ability to lead a team and work independently as required.
Willingness to learn; adapts and accepts increased responsibility.
Highly responsible, resourceful, accurate, dependable, focused, and self-motivated.
Must be able to sit, use a computer, keyboard, and mouse for extended periods of time.

Shift is full-time, 40 hours per week minimum, monday – friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm cstMust be flexible and willing and able to work outside normal business hours as necessary.
