We are looking for a candidate who is well-versed with the concept and approach of EdTech Industry and has enough passion and energy to take the company to the next level.
Tele callers Executives in the following languages: –
– North India with very good and fluent English
– Gujarati
– Kannada, Tamil, Telugu & Malayalam
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
– Acquiring sales by interacting to the students over phone and counselling them for the right package /subscription
– To perform outbound calls, understanding the needs of the students and identify the sales opportunities
– Responsible for converting prospects into paid subscribers by convincing team to buy the paid subscriptions
– Time to time interacting with students through various modes like calls, WhatsApp , SMS, emails and through other platforms to ensure lead conversions
– Building good PR relations which will help in sales and doing regular follow up’s with the students to keep their interest towards our products
– Acquiring up to date knowledge related to the product, features , packages , pricing and discount offers
– Need to give audio /video presentations on monthly basis as a part of product evaluation
– Creating strong , meaningful, and long-lasting relationships with the customer
– Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:-
– Looking for young and dynamic candidates (Male/Female) with an age range of 25-35 Years with a positive mindset ,
career-oriented and with long-term vision to achieve big goals
– Graduation with 2 years’ work experience
– Candidate must be enthusiastic, energetic, hard worker with smart working skills, passionate enough to work under pressure to achieve monthly realistic targets
– Must have excellent and communication & convincing skills should know the art of talking and convincing them
– Should have strong command over Hindi and English
– Should be agile to convince the students and to deliver information correctly
– Must be customer service oriented , demonstrate an ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ease
– Must be self-motivated, self-pushed , proactive, and believes in continuous efforts
– Strong ability to take the new initiatives & finding out creative ways to make customers and raking out sales
– ,must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines, achieve the given targets, and should have target oriented mindset
– Should be comfortable in flexible working hours and work during holidays against comp-off, must give extra time if needed for achieving sales
– Candidate must take ownership of his/her work
– Candidate should be dedicated, focused and committed to his/her works
– Should have the knowledge of MS office tools ( Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
LOCATION:
Anand Vihar, Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi
Compensation: 15-20K + good incentives on every sales + Medical Insurance + Bonus + Leave Encashment + PF+ Good Yearly Increments + All Travelling Allowances, comp off on weekend workings

· Total time – 8:30 hours’ shift + In case of work workload to give extra time
· Base Location – Work from Office – Delhi
