Job Responsibility
Responsible for managing the team of ~80 to 100 resources with direct reporting of Leads.
Forecasting & Capacity planning
Delivery of all KPIs
Employee Retention/Employee engagement
Performance management of the team including developing IDP for TLs & key team members
Prepare dashboards & participate in reviews.
Collaborate with internal/support functions.
Engage with leadership to discuss project priorities, highlight challenges & risks.
Assist management in developing and coaching team members as well as ensuring that resources are deployed in the most effective manner.
Assist management in transition of new work.
Assist in hiring of resources (Associate, Sr. Associate, Team Lead)
Drive quality culture & champion process improvement for the span.
Team player in organizational activities
Qualification
Minimum education: Graduation/ Post graduation in any stream Specialized training, certifications, and/or other special requirements: NA Preferred education: NA
Experience
(1) Minimum experience. 12 + years’ experience with 24 months in current role (Team Lead)
(2) Preferred experience. Preferred with basic US Healthcare knowledge and people management.
