Communicate with customers in real time and resolve the issues for any services.

Client support handling.

Handling customer queries on web chat emails.

Maintain accurate customer records.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications 12th pass / Bachelor degree required.

Excellent Communication Skills verbal & written.

One-year preferred experience on the same role
