Job Description
– Experience in the SharePoint Online & platform (SharePoint 2010/2013/2016/2019 & M365)
– Knowledge in M365 Administration.
– Follow the Incident & Problem Management Procedure for resolving the Incident & Problems
– Assign user access rights and Space usage allocation as per policies defined and agreed upon with the client.
– Conduct Event log/ Incident /changes & Alert Analysis.
– Understanding on Exchange Online, Knowledge on MS Teams & OneDrive.
– Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Directory Synchronization
Primary Skills
– Experience in the SharePoint Online & platform (SharePoint 2010/2013/2016/2019 & M365)
Secondary Skills
– Knowledge in M365 Administration.
– Follow the Incident & Problem Management Procedure for resolving the Incident & Problems
