The Student Information Executive is expected to:
– Adhere to the school policies and guidelines.

– Be actively participate in all school activities as per the requirement of the school.
– Be flexible to the changing needs of the school.
– Communicate effectively with all school members as appropriate.
– Maintain an effective working relationship within the team as well as other members of the school.
– Support other members within the team, as need arise, in order to meet the timelines effectively.
– Assisting parents and students, via email or phone calls,
in getting access to the system.
– Updating student data as and when new admissions occur or when changes are notified by families or secretaries.
– Updating Admissions Operational System as and when new enrollments happen in order to sync the data with the Learner Management System.
– Inform Admissions department with the student timetable on the previous working day before the students’ first day of school.
– Archive students who leave school, in consent with the Supervisor – Student Information, after receiving the official withdrawal from the Admissions department. • Track daily attendance of students to maintain day-wise attendance and notify teachers as appropriate.
– Email Attendance summary to relevant Principals and Secretaries every morning. • Collaborate with the IT department for the username generation of new students and inclusion or omission of ids in student email groups.
– Maintain an accurate database of student information in order to generate reports as and when required.
– Maintain a database that includes demographic profile of students and ensure that this up to date.
– Email report cards to parents as and when the requests are received.
– Liaise with the Registrar in sending student report cards, either via email or printing, for preparing Official Transcripts by the Registrar.
– Support Associate Manager – Student Information for generating student report cards and all tasks and requirements as and when the need arise.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
